Who We Are
Evolve ULC is an LGBTQ+ led and affirming faith-based community project of Heal the World Initiative Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
We’re not trying to recreate traditional church. We’re building a casual community where people can learn more about Jesus, ask honest questions, make friends, serve our neighbors and grow in faith together.
There’s no dress code, no pressure and no expectation that everyone has life or faith figured out. You can come exactly as you are.
What We Do
- Casual Bible studies and conversations about faith
- Social gatherings and opportunities to make real connections
- Volunteer projects and community service
- Inclusive events where LGBTQ+ people, allies and neighbors are fully welcome
Our Leadership
Our community is led by ministers ordained through Universal Life Church in Modesto, California. Evolve ULC itself is a project of Heal the World Initiative Inc and is not presented as a branch of Universal Life Church.
